A cosy apartment with a sunny terrace in the middle of Nice

This is a cosy, bright, personalized apartment on the top floor of a well-maintained property from the 1950s. Windows in three directions provide space and atmosphere. The living room is centrally located in the apartment and furnished with a sofa set, TV, stereo, small tables, and a dining table for up to six people. From here, there is access to a beautiful terrace surrounded by large green plants, furnished with sun loungers and tables with accompanying chairs in French style. Awnings can be extended over the entire balcony to create a lush oasis during the warmest days. All French doors have new electric blinds.

Next to the living room, with its access to the large terrace, is a bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed and wardrobe. There is also a cabinet with a washing machine and dryer. Adjacent to the room is a small workspace with a desk and a modern mosaic bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower.

At the other end of the apartment is a larger bedroom facing the quiet courtyard with sunrise and unobstructed views of rooftops and nearby hills. There is a 160 cm wide double bed, bookshelf, armchair, and ample storage space here. A bright bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and sink is near the bedroom.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen with generous work surfaces has everything for those who want to prepare their breakfast or dinner and has access to a small balcony with views of the surroundings.

The apartment has a fibre optic connection with 100Mb/sec and a wireless WiFi solution.

There is also a storage room where you can store, for example, up to four bikes.

The apartment is centrally located on a one-way street, lushly situated a few blocks from La Promenade du Paillon Park, Place Massena Square, and the shopping street Avenue Jean Médecin. It’s a maximum ten-minute walk to the Promenade des Anglais seaside promenade or the Old Town with its myriad restaurants, cafes, shops, and markets.

Behind the apartment block is access to the new tram, which takes you easily and quickly to and from the airport. Nearby, there are several airport buses and local buses to choose from. A fifteen-minute walk takes you to the train station if you want to travel by train along the beautiful Riviera.
