A very nice apartment located in an area with a pool and only 400 meters from the sea. The bright living room is furnished with a dining table for four, a sofa bed for two and a TV. From here you can access the balcony with a table and chairs offering a partial sea view.
The bedroom has two single beds that can easily be converted into a double bed. The modern bathroom is fresh with a separate WC. To add to the comfort, there is a garage for private parking in the area.
The apartment is located in a very calm area with a boulangerie, grocery stores, and small cozy restaurants. You can easily access the downtown Antibes from here with a shuttle bus which takes you to the Old Town in Antibes to enjoy the many restaurants, cafés, boutiques and the famous Marché Provencal for food shopping.
