The one-room studio is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator. The balcony faces the courtyard, giving you a quiet stay even though you have liveliness just outside the door. There is a kitchenette with a stove (2 plates) and an oven that also works as a microwave. In the studio you have a dining table with two chairs and a television. There’s a small table on the balcony, also with two chairs. The bathroom has a shower.
