This charming apartment is in a prime location at the beginning of Cap d’Antibes, within walking distance of both Antibes and Juan-les-Pins.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a quiet little side street. The two bedrooms, each with beds for two people (one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds pushed together), have ensuite newly renovated bathrooms.
The living room is large and airy, with a dining area that seats eight. There is also a TV with satellite channels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven and kitchen equipment for delicious meals.
The property has access to a lovely, large pool. A large sunny terrace at the front (102 sqm) facing the pool and a terrace at the back (58 sqm). The large one has a dining table that seats ten people.
AC is available in both bedrooms and also in the living room. The apartment has wifi, and there is also a private garage space in the house.

Cap d’Antibes offers lovely walks. You can take a morning swim at the small beach, only a few minutes from the apartment and pass by the bakery on the way home to buy freshly baked bread and crisp croissants.
At Keller Beach and Belle Rives, there are nice bathing spots where you can sunbathe, swim, and enjoy a good lunch in the shade. Restaurant Sapori and Restaurant Mo Albert Premier are well worth a visit for a nice dinner. Also, don’t forget that Antibes has a market every Thursday and Saturday where you can buy fruit and vegetables.
The nearest airport, Nice Côte d’Azur, is 17 km away and takes about 20 minutes by car or 40 minutes by bus. There are excellent train and bus connections to various exciting excursion destinations on the French Riviera.
