The location is calm and perfect, with just a 5 minutes walk to the tram station Alsace-Lorraine from which you can get to the airport quickly. There’s only one station to Jean Medicin for those who don’t want to walk the 15 minutes in the other direction. The location is also perfect if you’re going to the beach. It only takes about 8 minutes. To Nice Central Station, you walk in about 10 minutes. The immediate neighbourhood has several grocery stores, bakeries, cafés, and shops.
The Old Town, with its hustle and bustle, can be reached within 15 minutes, where you are spoiled for choice when it comes to restaurants, cafés, and boutiques, or you can visit the famous flower market on Cours Saleya.
There’s a parking garage two blocks from the apartment where you can rent a parking lot if you are coming by car.
