Personal check-in, for your peace of mind

Our guests are always met by a person when they arrive, never by a key box with a code. We believe a good stay starts with a real welcome. We show guests around your home, answer their questions and share tips about the area.

Personal check-in is also about security. On arrival, we check that the person who booked is the one checking in, that guests meet our age requirements and that the number of guests matches the booking. That way, you know your home is rented to the people it was meant for, and your neighbours can feel at ease. It also protects your home, so it stays in the same good condition for the next guest, or for you.

A code can be passed on to anyone, but a personal welcome can’t be replaced. That’s why we always welcome our guests ourselves.
