A fantastic 300-year-old Bastide-like house, 250sqm, 2 terraces, magnificent views, large private garden. Great beaches, a bakery, shopping, Antibes’ Old Town, and the vibrant Juan-les-Pins are all within a 5-15 min walk.
The house is situated in a quiet area on Cap d’Antibes, surrounded by an impressive high bastide-type wall with a gate that ensures full privacy once in the garden. There is plenty of space in the driveway to park up to three cars. You enter the house from the garden, and on the ground floor, you have a large living room with a door to the outside terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area and a separate large dining room with a fireplace.
On the second level, you have three large bedrooms with double beds (180 cm). The Master bedroom has a private terrace facing the ocean and its own bathroom with a tub and two sinks. The other two bedrooms on this level share a bathroom with a shower.
On the third level, you will find a fourth bedroom with a breathtaking view over the Nice bay, the mountains and the old town of Antibes. The room is equipped with two beds (80 cm each, or combined into a double 160 cm bed). There is also a room with a sofa bed (140 cm) and a working desk on this level, as well as a WC.
The house comfortably sleeps 8, but can accommodate up to 10 people in four bedrooms and a double sofa bed in an office/small extra living room. There are two bathrooms and an extra WC. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. There is a TV and free wifi.
