Nice two-bedroom apartment with a large terrace, pool and parking

Welcome to a very nice and practical apartment with a perfect location close to Juan-les-Pins and Antibes. You can find most of what you could wish for a pleasant holiday here.

The apartment has two bedrooms. One with a double bed (180 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 cm) that can either be pushed together to form a double bed or stand separately. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes and AC, and one has access to the terrace.

The living room has a spacious corner sofa with a coffee table and an AC. There is also a dining table with room for 4-6 people and access to the large terrace, which becomes an extra living room during the warm months.

The kitchen is small but very functional. Here, you can find everything to prepare delicious meals with family and friends.

The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a washing machine. There is a separate toilet.

The terrace is about 25 square meters with a lounge area with two sofas and a dining table with room for 6-8 people. The terrace has a large awning that acts as privacy and sun protection.

There is access to a large swimming pool shared by the Mas de Tanit apartment building. The pool is open during the summer months.

The apartment also has a garage that can accommodate a slightly smaller car. You can also find extra chairs for the terrace dining table in the garage if you have many people over for dinner.

Only a stone’s throw away is a bakery where you can buy your baguette and croissant for breakfast. Another few minutes away, you reach restaurants, shops and the beach of Juan-les-Pins. The train station is also a few minutes away, from where you can easily get to Cannes, Nice and other places along the Riviera.

In this apartment, every opportunity is given to cook, socialize at home, dip in the pool, enjoy beaches and restaurants in Juan-les-Pins and Antibes, and make excursions by train or car and discover the beautiful Riviera. Are you travelling with a dog? No problem. They are very welcome in this apartment.
