Lovely 2-bedroom apartment with balcony, private roof terrace, parking and pool

Welcome to this newly built apartment of 60 sqm located on the top floor with a lift. There are two bedrooms, a kitchen and an open-plan living room. Both bedrooms are bright and pleasant, with each a double bed (160 cm). One room has a large window, and the other has a door to the balcony. Both rooms have a lot of storage in sliding door wardrobes. Both bedrooms have AC.

There is a toilet with a sink and a “Salle de Bain” with a shower, two sinks and a combi machine for washing and drying.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, combi oven, induction hob, and dining area for four people. The living room has a sofa, two armchairs, a TV, and AC. The apartment is, of course, equipped with wifi.

You reach the 11-square-meter balcony from the living room, with a seating area for 4-6 people.

One floor up, you will find the apartment’s roof terrace of approximately 68 sqm with a lounge group, a large parasol and a dining table with room for six people. From the terrace, you look out towards Juan-les-Pins and the mountains of Vallauris.

The communal pool is in the house’s garden, accessed from the ground floor. In the basement, there is a garage space that you can reach via the elevator. The garage space has an outlet that enables electric car charging.

Golfe Juan has a lovely beach with a public beach and various beach clubs. After a walk of about 1 km along the promenade, you will reach Juan-les-Pins.

In Golfe Juan, there is a large harbour with excursion boats to nearby islands and villages, here you can also buy fresh fish. Many nice restaurants and bars are on the promenade, in the harbour and in the centre of Golfe Juan.

You will find several bakeries, food, vegetable and meat shops, the train station, and other services in the centre. The bus going to Antibes, Nice and Cannes stops outside the house.
