A bright 3-room apartment with a lovely terrace around the apartment
At the beginning of Cap d’Antibes, near the white and soft sandy beach, La Salis, you will find this very bright and quiet 3-room apartment. Here, you can enjoy a 50 square meter terrace that runs around the apartment and offers a view of the sea, the mountains, the Old Town and the La Garoupe lighthouse.
The apartment is in a small, well-maintained, secure property on the top floor. It has a hallway, two bedrooms with double beds (160×200 cm and 140×190 cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The living room, with a view of the Old Town and the sea, has a sofa bed for two people (160 cm), a TV and a dining area with space for 4-6 people. There are three AC’s in the apartment. One in each bedroom and one in the living room.
The kitchen is open and fully equipped. All rooms have access to the terrace with electric awnings and blinds.
The apartment also includes an outdoor parking space within the fenced area. It has double-glazed windows, and the building has a lift.
Antibes is a little gem on the French Riviera. Cannes, Nice, Monaco, and other lovely places are within easy reach if you fancy an excursion. The train station is only a 20-minute walk from the apartment.
