This beautiful holiday haven with spectacular sea and mountain views combines a spacious 75 sqm top floor two bedroom apartment with an additional, totally private rooftop terrace, as well as private parking at the front of the residence.

Set in a quiet residential area approximately 15 minutes walk from the centre of Antibes, there are local shops, including a boulangerie and mini supermarket at the end of the road, and the Carrefour hypermarket is only 10 minutes drive away.

The spacious open-plan living area offers access to a long balcony facing south towards the Bay of Nice and includes a large L-shaped sofa, coffee table and dining suite for 6 people. To the side is a modern, well-equipped kitchen fitted with a large fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is also a 50” flat screen TV which offers both French and UK TV channels. The entire area has attractive solid wooden flooring, which ensures the apartment is comfortable in both high summer and off-peak seasons.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, which can be made into a large double bed. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes, offering ample storage space. The Italian-designed bathroom has a large wet-room shower as well as a vanity unit and a separate area for the washing machine and tumble dryer. WC is situated next door at the end of the hall.

The 75 sq m sun terrace is accessed by the building’s main staircase and lockable door and provides a fabulous alfresco area. As well as comfortable lounge furniture and a large dining table with benches, there are two full-length sun loungers and several large parasols. The final touch is a specially designed bar/kitchenette, which includes a sink, cupboards for dishes, cutlery etc. and a small fridge.

The apartment has free WiFi and is double-glazed, with air conditioning in all rooms.
