Close to the beach with a terrace, sea view and a pool.

This is a lovely beachfront apartment with three rooms. The living room and kitchen are nicely decorated with a sofa, a TV and a four-person kitchen table. The kitchen is functional and well equipped. From here, you have access to the nice terrace, which is furnished with a dining table and a cosy sofa group.

Both bedrooms have a double bed (160 cm and 140 cm). They are nicely furnished and with access to the terrace. You have a fantastic view of the beautiful garden and the sea from the terrace.

The bathroom is fresh-looking and has a shower. The toilet is separate.

There is an AC in one of the bedrooms and the living room. There’s a roof fan in the other bedroom, which lies next to the living room.

The building area is well maintained and has a beautiful garden and a nice pool area with sunbeds. The pool is open from mid-April to mid-October. Private parking is available in the building area. The area is called Royal Palm.

The beach is across the street and is “public”, but there is also a private part with sunbeds for rent and a lovely restaurant with excellent food.

There is also “kiosk 33” where you can buy lighter food, a glass of rosé, coffee and ice cream.

Market, restaurants, and shops can be found in the pleasant nearby La Bocca.

It takes 5-10 minutes by car or bus to the centre of Cannes. The bus stops outside the house. Or why not walk along the promenade into Cannes or Mandelieu-La Napoule.

Cannes offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, festivals and other activities. Mandelieu-La Napoule offers many nice restaurants, cafes and small cosy shops.
